  3. 3. Data verification is your responsibility

    Market, demographic, planning and regulatory data is sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or approximate. You are responsible for independently verifying all inputs, assumptions, comparables and outputs before relying on any result. PropTerminal gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data shown.

  4. 4. Acceptable use

    You agree to use PropTerminal lawfully and for your own analysis. You will not misuse the service, reverse-engineer or scrape it, resell outputs as proprietary research, or use it to enable illegal activity, fraud or money laundering. Accounts and credits are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred.
